Can my parcel be left with a neighbour or in a safe space?
Unless you have specifically requested for our team not to do so, we may leave your parcel in a discreet location on the property or with the closest available neighbour.
Any deliveries that complete in this manner will have all information captured and provided to you immediately via email.
How many times will you attempt my delivery?
The number of delivery attempts scheduled will depend on the retailer’s agreement with Paack.
For more information, we would advise for you to check with the retailer.
What happens if my parcel is being returned to the retailer?
As the parcel is no longer in Paack’s possession, we would advise for you to contact the retailer directly for the most rapid resolution.
How can I advise the driver of specific delivery instructions?
When you are placing your order, you should have the option to specify delivery instructions that will be passed on to our team.
If you wish to communicate any instruction at a later point, we cannot guarantee that the instruction will reach the delivery team before the attempt, but we will do our best to ensure that it does.
